Then start breathing deep and long breaths. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. With inhalation, visualize light -- create light, golden light entering from the head. When you inhale, just visualize light entering from the head, great golden light, as if a sun has risen just above the head. And within a few days you will be able to see it entering.
